Repair first, parts second
Ten years of repairing means we check what the code is pointing at before anything gets bought.

About us
D&G Tuning is Graham Laurie, working out of Lochmaben and covering Dumfries and Galloway. Plant, agricultural, commercial and cars.
On the rampOur story
D&G Tuning started with repair work and still does it. Ten years of taking machinery apart is what the diagnostic side is built on: a fault code tells you where to look, not what is wrong, and knowing the difference is the whole job.
Today that covers tractors, telehandlers and farm machinery, trucks and vans, and cars, for farmers, other garages and the public across Dumfries and Galloway. We also train garage staff on diagnostic equipment, which is a decent part of the week.
Diagnostics benchKit and method
Good tools do not make a good tuner, but bad tools stop one. Here is what sits on the bench and what it means for the car you drop off.
How we work
Ten years of repairing means we check what the code is pointing at before anything gets bought.
Tractors, telehandlers and loaders, not just things with a number plate.
On farm and on site across the region, because a machine on a low loader is a machine not working.
Your factory file is saved before anything is written, so it can go back to standard.
If a remap is not what the machine needs, we will say so.

Free vehicle lookup
Put a registration in and the lookup reads the manufacturer figures for that exact engine, then shows what we would expect after mapping. Free, and nobody rings you afterwards.

We are at Glebe Terrace, DG1 1RE. Call ahead if you can so we know to expect you.
